1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the website at https://shivionsolutions.in or entering into commercial agreements with Shivion Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable international laws and regulations.
2. Intellectual Property & Ownership
All custom deliverables, source code, data pipelines, firmware adaptations, and technical documentation authored for a client under an executed Statement of Work become the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon final settlement of agreed milestones, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
The Shivion Solutions brand, logo, wave marks, and website content remain the sole property of Shivion Solutions.
3. Professional Warranties & Disclaimers
Shivion Solutions delivers engineering and technical consulting according to rigorous industry standards. Software is delivered as specified in respective project scopes with standard warranty periods for defect remediation.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, and any commercial disputes shall be resolved in appropriate arbitration or judicial forums as stipulated in master service agreements.
